Our projects
We offer you several projects as an investor, as a co-investor or in a club deal.
The philosophy underlying the selection of our investment projects is based on four cornerstones:
- Security, i.e. for us - value retention and earnings security as the most important criteria.
- Sustainability, for us, means above all the responsible use of our natural resources.
- Environmentally friendly, which means that we understand, use and promote nature at the same time in order to preserve it for future generations.
- Social relevance, which for us means inclusion and the promotion of human coexistence.

- Genoptic, large-scale solar plants starting at 100 million Euro. Locations: Canada, USA, Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece and Ukraine.
- Genoptic, Luxembourg, production hall, “Center of Excellence”, approximately $75 million
- Genoptic, production hall in Burgas, Bulgaria, , approximately 100 million Euro
- Genoptic, vertical farming, around 50 million Euro each, locations: Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland
- Genoptic-VPP (Virtual Power Plants), approximately $20-100 million, depending on location
- Genoptic, Bermuda, vertical farming, approximately $40 million
- CoAlternative Energy, entire plant, locations Alberta, Canada approx. $250 million
- CoAlternative Energy, entire plant with EU funding, Ukraine, location, Kiev, approximately 120 million Euro.
- Medconcept Bermuda, the total project approximately $350 million
- Blacksea Bulgaria Realestate, Germany, 180 student apartments and 180 micro-apartments on a campus next to the new building of a medical university and the extension of the university clinic.
